Often office refurbishments or moves create a lot of junk and waste build up. What we offer is a complete restoration of an area or property like this which would usually include but not limited to, removal of all items, items of value to be offset against charges, disemble units or machinery as required and safe approved disposal of all waste.
Warehouse
Clearances
When a warehouse is left void from either reposession or the tenants have been evicted we are called in to restore the property. This often means removal of items, and rubbish or waste build up. And in some cases if the property has been vandalised or abused we provide grafitti cleaning, drug parahpanalia clear up (needles, sharps etc) and deep cleans as well as clean up after any pests if they are present- for example pigeon guano and nesting materials or rat and other rodent activity. Items of value can be offset against charges and we have the capability to remove machinery and fixed units depending on the requirements.
