Easy contact with friendly staff, told that attendance will be on the day.
On arrival he gave a firm detail of what needed to be done and how he was going to do it, he then spoke to the said bees telling them they did not have long to live and to get their affairs in order. H e then explained the products, killed all and then cleared up. a very cheerful chap who seemed happy in his work.

From my initial call to the company and their most impressive service I cannot recommend this amazing team any higher. On time, totally professional, so very thorough (not just a quick inspection! ), inside and outside of my house, talked me through at every stage and informed me I did indeed have a rat problem in my loft! I contacted JG PestControle as I had what I thought was burrowing bee nests in my garden. When they’re operative turned up, I was told they weren’t bees, but wasps, very angry ones at that. Chewed outside air brick showed signs of rodent intruder my worst nightmare and phobia I was terrified and dare not step out of the back door. Unfortunately this was discovered on a Bank Holiday Monday but due to my distress my son called JG on the off chance they would book us in for later that week. They went one better and sent a technician the same afternoon he was very reassuring, blocked the air vent and baited the rear of the property I was so thankful amazing and rapid service would definitely recommend.

We woke up to a scratching sound behind the box surrounding our soil pipe in our living room, when we tapped on it a foot appeared which totally freaked us out. Darren and his team have very neatly and efficiently caged our solar panels that have been a magnet for all the neighbourhood pigeons. They still come back but can't get in. A huge improvement. Moving into my new home felt amazing - until I found there was a problem with rats! Called JG pest control and they arranged a visit the very same morning. Phoned them on Friday about a very distressing blue bottle fly infestation we had been experiencing all week. They were able to dispatch a technician early next morning which was a great relief. He carefully explained the treatment process and put an emphasis on us being able to get in contact with them again about any further issues. I had a problem with what I thought were wasps in the eaves of my flat. Kieron checked the entry point. We saw a wasp go in but then he realised the majority were tree bees. He kindly went up in the loft and checked if he could see any sign of them in the loft. He assured me he couldn't. Within 3 hours of spraying all bees had left the nest. Kieron did remind when leaving about their guarantee. They weren't the cheapest however they guarantee work which is more than the cheaper companies do. As the nest was right near a window I was worried one if my granddaughters would be stung when they visit me.. Thankfully they now won't. Friendly service when I called to book. Lady who answered was polite and took time to answer my questions. Thoroughly recommend.

JG pest control provided a great service with getting rid of 2 wasp nests at my property. On the 1st visit they were able to reach one of the best but the second one required a two man team. They returned as agreed and I am happy to say that I have not seen any further activity. I was a bit apprehensive at first but I must admit they did a great job. Rats had got into our garage evidenced by dry foods ripped open on shelving. Didn’t know if they were nesting. Aaron called in having driven from Gloucester and straight into area under suspicion. Soon determined there was no nest poking around where I wouldn’t! He identified where they had got in and helped me block it up. He had so much information to help with my potentially ongoing issue and great advice. Felt so relieved by his visit and reassuring professionalism. I would highly recommend this company after having a wood mite infestation last year. The first treatment worked but after 2 weeks I started getting bitten again as the eggs had hatched. JG Pest Control came back immediately free of charge and solved the problem for good.

I have had a problem with a dead rat smell in my home recently. I had called a few companies to help with the problem but all of them said they couldn’t do anything but I contacted JG and found them to be very professional. Ryan answered all my questions and gave me good advise and allocated me a same day appointment and within a few hours Darren arrived to help with the problem. He spent time to control the smell, he disinfected under the floor boards, found a rat entry point, gave great advise and left some wax odour eliminator blocks. We had a large wasp's nest under our garage roof. The service provided was excellent. In particular there was no issue or problem with the 2nd call out. It had been raining during the first visit and this visit didn't see the wasps off. Technicians very polite on 3 occasions they attended,They set traps and baits,but failed to find where rats were entering the property.Iwas advised by one technician to get another firm in who could put a camera into the drains.Idid this and their technician opened the drain found the point of entry.He fitted a filter and resolved the problem I would not use JG again.

Selling my house and needed an inspection to check it was clear of a previous mouse infestation. The guy did a thorough search for mouse/rat activity and found nothing new. He also advised of a potential access point for mice and how to fill it ourselves. I would highly recommend this company.

Called JG because of an issue we had with rats. The issues we had were promptly resolved. The technician laid bate traps and gave us advice on checking the boundary of our property to prevent ingress. The technician found a small gap under a waste water pipe which was sealed up immediately. Great service.

We used JG twice and on both times they were very responsive and sorted the issue. My only criticism is that they failed to locate the hornets nest which was nearby our shed (which had hornets entering/exiting). It appeared they only checked the shed and not the immediate surroundings and advised us that there was no nest. It took another visit a few months later to sort the issue. To be fair the second visit was covered under their guarantee and under no further cost. They were courteous and good to deal with. SB

The guys were really good in accommodating our working day to get a first visit in and then making sure all holes were filled in and lots of bait put down and on the second vist making sure all was ok and filling in any extra holes and putting down more bait and great after service as well with the reports and also as many call outs as you need, would highly recommend

JG personnel were pleasant, efficient and professional.
It turned out we actually had bats in our lofts, which obviously are protected. I was concerned that the first operative who attended didn't identfy this, but having said that, the investigations into whether mice or other rodents were present was handled well, and there is a 3 month guarantee period too.

I had just collected the keys for my new house.
I arrived at the address and was met by a wasp nest above the front door. I have dogs and was worried that they would get stung.
I googled pest control companies and these guys popped up.
I called them straight away and the guy on the phone was very helpful. Ben, the technician arrive about an hour later. Very impressed with response time!! Squirted some powder into the nest and that was the end of them. Very satisfied.

I was originally going to go for the heat treatment for bedbugs at 900 I was about to pay then out of the goodness of there hearts they recommended the chemical treatment half the price, cannot reccomend them enough respect to all involved
