We had a frightening swarm of hundreds. Couldn't tell what they were, worried for children and dogs. Was reassured over phone that they were probably honey bees that would move on, and offered for us to send an image of one of them so they could verify for us. All at no charge. Very grateful for their time and support

Polite, courteous and timely. Problem resolved. One criticism is that I could not view the report on the visit they provide in the follow up e mail. They do advise this maybe the case due to their system not working on some mobile devices but still a pain as it would not open on my Tablet either.

He was really friendly and took the time to answer my questions.
Explained in detail what he will be treating and gave me instructions what to do to ensure l get the best outcome.
