A squirrel entered our loft space and had taken up residence.The technician Hibab was very conscientious in his work and the squirrel is no more! This involved 3 visits and was a challenging task but the deed has been competently dealt with by Habib.

Having a rat gain entry, I was impressed by the rapid response and no extra charge for visiting at weekend. 'Technicians' were polite & efficient. Had the booking system and t&cs been more customer-friendly I'd have given a top rating.

I called JG for a pest control issue. They booked me an.appointment for the next day. Within a couple of weeks the pest problem was resolved. JG carried out a further 2 follow up appointment to make sure everything was OK. Efficient company, would use again.
