He was professional and polite.
The checked the attic and inspected the outside of the house.
He explained the service the company offered and also what to look for in the future for my own benefit.

Service was good and after a month returned to check all the bait boxes and the rats have now gone.

From my initial call to the company and their most impressive service I cannot recommend this amazing team any higher. On time, totally professional, so very thorough (not just a quick inspection! ), inside and outside of my house, talked me through at every stage and informed me I did indeed have a rat problem in my loft! Photos taken and bait laid to show me exactly what they were doing. Second visit just as thorough and rat problem getting much better. More photos shown to me and outside bait boxes in place. Now very quiet in my loft, I’ve had a decent nights sleep! Such a comfort and so reassuring. My hero’s!

I called in j g pest control because I had mice. All treatment I had tried was useless. They came and true to their word, the mice had gone 2-3 days. They put the boxes down with the grain and blocked the holes they had entered in . Their lads respected my property, they were so polite and helpful.They guaranteed 3 months. If I had the problem again I would certainly use them.
