Easy contact with friendly staff, told that attendance will be on the day.
On arrival he gave a firm detail of what needed to be done and how he was going to do it, he then spoke to the said bees telling them they did not have long to live and to get their affairs in order. H e then explained the products, killed all and then cleared up. a very cheerful chap who seemed happy in his work.

Had bed bug infestation, came next day to heat treat.
Unfortunately after a few weeks a few resurfaced.
Came back promptly to apply chemicals.
Very good service and excellent staff.
