My elderly mother had a heat treatment last month and wanted to say what an outstanding service. Quick service, really great communication for preparation etc , and really good customer service from man doing treatment he was really kind helpful and reassuring to my mum and she’s so happy with treatment and service and pest problem gone in one treatment. Couldn't ask for more from JG Pest Control, they came and treated the hornet nest twice and when that still didn't sort out the issue they then physically removed the nest and sorted the problem for good! Very grateful for everything they did!

Adam was first class and put my mind at ease with his professional knowledge which was adapted to my situation.
Rob attended 16 days later and nothing was too much trouble he was personable and went beyond what I expected him to do.
I felt satisfied that my problem was solved and will also get a visit in 3 weeks to check all is OK....

Could not fault the service. We had a persistent wasp problem in the eaves. Unfortunately it took 3 visits to eradicate the problem. This was not the fault of JG or their technicians both of whom were brilliant. Would definitely use JG again and strongly recommend.

My wasp problem has been sorted. I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to provide feedback here. Your employee, John Paul, was in my view one of the most professional, detailed and diligent persons I have ever dealt with for what is a an unattractive and difficult job.

He was clear in his role and detailed in the execution of it. He was also very pleasant, demonstrated detailed knowledge and offered practical advice on next steps. As a result of his behaviour I will be actively advocating your company to my neighbours and friends.

We had a problem with wasps at our patio door out on to our garden. Within a day of contacting I heard back via a phone call with arrangements made to visit next day. Roddy text to let us know when he would come and turned up when he said and dealt very efficiently with the problem. Thank you .
